Another amazing initiative by Dharma P.S.A., this time in cooperation with the Polish Migration Forum Foundation – International Women Power Community – is coming, and you have a chance to be a part of it!

Dear friends, you have an amazing opportunity to take part in a unique event, the Intercultural Academy of Women's Initiatives. It was devoted to the professional development of immigrant women who live and work in Poland. The event aims to change the perception of this community as weak and lost individuals and to show that they are enterprising, energetic people who constitute an important element of the Polish labor market and can enrich any team. Remember that life abroad is not easy, as the wonderfully developed and extremely economically developed Polish community in the United States and other places in the world can confirm.

Event concept

A detailed program of the event will be available as the organizational plan is completed. However, it is worth knowing the concept that guides the Academy and according to which the entire meeting will proceed.

The meeting will consist of three main elements. The first will be an interactive, moderated interview with a question and answer session. This is a discussion panel in which decision-makers from corporations, small businesses and non-governmental organizations will participate. Participants of the academy will have the opportunity to ask questions on business topics. The second part is a networking session, which aims to enable the establishment of valuable contacts. The last element is the trade fair and presentation zone, where the program finalists will be able to present their products and services at special stands.

Why is it worth supporting the International Women Power Community?

To organize this unique event, support from partners is needed. There are several ways to take on this role. Logistical help is needed, including providing a place where the event can take place. The choice of location is extremely important not only for organizational reasons, but also because such an event requires an inspiring space that allows for modern panels.
